The Milesight EM300-MLD is a high-performance LoRaWAN® leak detection sensor that offers real-time alerts and proactive water management in mission-critical environments. With industrial-grade reliability and ultra-low power consumption, this compact sensor offers a scalable, wireless solution for the protection of assets against water damage. Suitable for data centers, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and industrial plants, the EM300-MLD enables organizations to detect leaks early, minimize operational risks, and save on maintenance costs.
Using the latest LoRaWAN® protocol, the EM300-MLD offers secure, long-range connectivity up to 15 km in rural areas and 2–5 km in urban settings. Its wireless design eliminates the need for complex wiring, enabling flexible deployment in remote or hard-to-reach areas.
With a precision probe, the sensor identifies water at depths as shallow as 0.5 mm, sending immediate alerts to facility managers. Such a quick response is essential in avoiding damage to sensitive equipment and infrastructure.
With a rugged enclosure, the EM300-MLD can operate in wet, dusty, and harsh industrial environments. Suitable for basements, pump rooms, mechanical rooms, and even outdoor applications.
