Perfect for picking up dialogue, interviews, broadcasts, news, lectures, and speeches, this versatile system enables you to record one individual straight out of the box and can be expanded into a two-person recording set with a second transmitter (separately available) to capture two people simultaneously directly onto your camera without the need of a second receiver—maintaining your setup portable and neat.

UWMIC9S Mini KIT1 is made up of compact, lightweight pieces that ensure your rig remains light and highly portable. The kit contains a single ultracompact bodypack transmitter and an extremely high-quality DK3A miniature omnidirectional lavalier mic with multiple foam and furry windscreens for shoots indoors and outdoors. The bodypack has a single 3.5mm mic/line input jack and is 25% smaller & 43% lighter in comparison to the regular UwMic9S transmitter.

The two-channel, camera-mount receiver features a 3.5mm audio out to your camera and a 3.5mm headphone monitor output. This tiny receiver is 13% smaller & 34% lighter than the regular UwMic9S receiver and is supplied with cables for attaching to DSLR/mirrorless cameras, professional camcorders, recorders, mixers, and audio interfaces that have 3.5mm or XLR microphone inputs. If your camera does not have a headphone jack, you can listen to your sound through the receiver's 3.5mm headphone output while recording to check that you are getting a clean signal.

With simplicity in design for both experienced and novice videographers, the UWMIC9S Mini KIT1 is simple to use with minimal setup. The frequency scan feature automatically scans two banks of 96 frequencies to locate the cleanest frequency in your area for consistent transmission up to 330'. The receiver and transmitter sync quickly through IR with the touch of a button. Bright, easy-to-read OLED screens on the receiver and transmitter allow you to make rapid adjustments to the easy-to-use menus—in the brightest or darkest conditions.

Both the receiver and transmitter have rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that last for a maximum of 5 and 8 hours respectively. The batteries are charged via the USB Type-C power ports, which will also drive the components, even while in use during long shoots. A waterproof, shockproof hard case is included to keep your system organized and safe when storing and transporting it.

Expansion of the system is possible with extra transmitters and receivers to support up to 16 wireless microphones on set simultaneously.

Compact and Lightweight UwMic9S TX Mini Transmitter

The robust, metal-clad UwMic9S TX Mini transmitter has a locking 3.5mm input that takes mic- or line-level connections.

Use the 3.5mm input to handle mic-level signals like the provided DK3A lavalier, or a mini-shotgun mic, headset mic, or other 3.5mm TRS mic.

Or, you can plug in a line-level signal from a mixer, music player, or other line-level device output you'd like to send wirelessly to the receiver.

The locking 3.5mm input connector prevents your lav or line-level unit from coming loose at the worst time.

The transmitter has a High/Med/Low selectable transmission power output setting, enabling users to save batteries and manage wireless intermodulation that results when multiple transmitters are used in close proximity to one another.

The 9-step input gain control enables you to make adjustments to your levels.

The On/Off switch can be utilized to mute the transmitter.

The integrated rechargeable battery allows for 5 hours of use. Charge and power the device using the USB Type-C port, even when in operation.

Premium DK3S Omnidirectional Lavalier Mic

The DK3A omnidirectional lavalier mic is engineered to significantly improve the sound quality of your productions through its high-end sonic performance.

With a low-profile, 4mm design, the lavalier has a professional appearance and can be easily hidden on camera.

Lavalier is designed for speech, with a natural sound and high vocal clarity.

The omnidirectional pickup pattern assists in providing stable audio levels when the subject turns away from the mic.

Lavalier accessories include an alligator-style mic clip, foam windscreens, and furry high-wind windscreens.

Compact & Multi-Purpose UwMic9S RX Mini Dual Receiver

The small, all-metal, mini dual-channel receiver enables you to add a second mic and transmitter (separately available) and record two individuals to your camera with just one receiver, making your rig more compact.

The 3.5mm headphone output enables you to hear the sound in real time.

The receiver has a locking 3.5mm output for camera connection.

Cables contain a locking 3.5mm TRS male to 3.5mm TRS male right-angle and a locking 3.5mm TRS to XLR male cable.

A Mono/Stereo selectable output allows you to choose how the audio is being recorded. With two mics in mono, the mics are combined and recorded as the same mono signal on both the left and right channels of your camera. In stereo, each mic is isolated and recorded separately to the left and right channels of your camera.

The two removable whip antennas provide 360° positioning to ensure optimal wireless reception.

The rechargeable battery yields up to 8 hours of operating time. The USB Type-C power jack enables charging and powering the unit, even under continuous use.
