The Saramonic UwMic9 Camera-Mount Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System delivers vloggers, mobile journalists, and content creators a quality-sounding, hassle-free, versatile setup UHF system with a group of advanced features in an affordable solution.

Designed for production's rough-and-tumble arena, the slim, all-metal parts feature a bodypack transmitter with a lavalier mic and a two-channel receiver, ready to be plugged into your DSLR/mirrorless camera, recorder, or smartphone (with separately available cable).

Its two-channel function lets you increase your system later with a separate transmitter and mic (sold separately) for 2-person interviews—with no separate receiver required.

Easy to use with little configuration, the UwMic9 allows you to record crisp, natural-sounding speech for projects from YouTube logs and wedding recordings to corporate advertisements and interviews. 

Versatile Operation for Crystal-Clear Sound

The SR-M1 lavalier microphone is securely mounted on the bodypack transmitter through a locking 3.5mm connection. A brief push of the power button silences the mic during takes.

The UWMIC9's Auto Scan technology searches through 96 frequencies to deliver the cleanest available frequency for you, while the infrared sync built in provides easy connection between the transmitter and receiver.

Easily understandable menu and controls with backlit LCD displays enable rapid adjustments under various lighting conditions.

The TX9 transmitter accepts mic or line inputs and has three levels of wireless transmission power that can be selected. The highest level is used to cut through interference in heavy RF environments or when the subject is more distant from the receiver; lower levels save battery life.

A headphone output on the receiver allows real-time monitoring of audio, which is particularly convenient if your camera does not have a headphone output.

Power is provided through AA batteries for a battery life of up to 6 hours.

The system provides a max distance of up to 330' and accepts up to 8 mics simultaneously on set.

Grow Your System and Create More

In case you are doing man-on-the-street interviews or need to switch the mic between multiple people, you can expand your system with the addition of the HU9 wireless handheld microphone.

With the addition of the TX-XLR9 plug-on transmitter, you can wirelessly connect any handheld mic of your preference or a shotgun mic for wireless booming. You can even use a 48V phantom for condenser mics.

An extensive range of optional output cables (sold separately) enables you to link the receiver to tablets and smartphones through the Lightning or USB Type-C ports or the TRRS headphone jack. There is an action camera mini-USB cable and a computer USB Type-A cable as well.
