The Saramonic UwMic9 2-Person Camera-Mount Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System offers vloggers, mobile journalists, and content creators a sound-quality-sounding, hassle-free, versatile UHF system that puts a set of advanced features into an affordable solution.

Designed for the rugged production world, the light, all-metal parts consist of two bodypack transmitters with lavalier mics, plus a two-channel receiver that's ready to connect to your DSLR/mirrorless camera, recorder, or smartphone (a cable is sold separately).

The system lets you record two independent people to your camera without the need for a second receiver, making your rig compact and mobile—with one fewer thing to worry about.

Easy to use with a simple setup, the UwMic9 enables you to record clean and natural speech for applications from YouTube vlogs and wedding movies to business commercials and interviews.

Flexible Operation for Clean Sound

Each of the bodypack transmitters utilizes a locking 3.5mm connection to connect its SR-M1 lavalier mic. A quick press of the power button mutes the mic during takes.

The UWMIC9's Auto Scan scans through 96 frequencies to identify the cleanest available frequency for you, and built-in infrared sync makes it easy to connect the transmitter and receiver.

Backlit LCD displays and easy-to-follow menus and controls enable you to make quick changes in the dark.

The TX9 transmitters can accept mic or line inputs and offer three selectable levels of wireless transmission power. The highest setting is designed to overcome interference in busy RF environments or when the subject is further from the receiver; lower settings conserve battery power.

A headphone output on the receiver enables real-time audio monitoring, which is especially useful if your camera lacks a headphone output.

The output of the receiver can be toggled between mono and stereo modes. In mono, the two mics are combined and recorded as the same mono signal on both the left and right channels of your camera. In stereo, each mic is maintained separately and recorded discretely to the left and right channels of your camera.

Power is provided through AA batteries with up to 6 hours of battery life.

The system provides a maximum range of up to 330' and can handle up to 8 mics simultaneously on set.

With the addition of the TX-XLR9 plug-on transmitter, you have the ability to connect any mic you want. You even get 48V phantom power for condenser microphones.

An extensive range of available separate output cables lets you plug the receiver into smartphones and tablets using Lightning or USB Type-C connectors, or the TRRS headphone jack. An action camera uses a mini-USB cable, a computer uses a USB Type-A cable, and a professional camera uses a 3.5mm to dual XLR-M cable.
