Saramonic Blink 500 Pro Overview

Package for content creators, videographers, journalists, vloggers, podcasters, and streamers, the Saramonic Blink500 Pro B8 is a compact, ultracompact, and intuitive digital wireless microphone system that provides an all-inclusive, budget-friendly solution for capturing up to four individuals speaking at once. The package includes four Blink500 Pro TXS clip-on transmitters with internal microphones and one Blink 500 Pro 4RX clip-on receiver. The microphones provide crisp-sounding dialogue, interviews, and speech straight to a mirrorless/DSLR camera, computer, recorder, or smartphone/tablet with a headphone jack.

The Blink 500 Pro B8 offers plug-and-play usability for content creators. The parts are matched at the factory, so you can begin working right away. The simple-to-read OLED display on the receiver allows any adjustments needed to be rapid and intuitive. The system automatically jumps to available channels to prevent static noise and dropouts, providing stable wireless audio at a range of up to 164'. Built-in rechargeable batteries offer up to 4 hours of use for the transmitters and 8 hours for the receiver. Included are a 3.5mm TRRS cable for connection to a smartphone/tablet and a 3.5mm TRS cable for connection to cameras and other 3.5 mm-input devices. 4-channel audio output is available with an optional cable (sold separately).

Four Blink500 Pro TXS Clip-On Transmitters

Each transmitter contains a built-in microphone with an omnidirectional pickup pattern that records speech equally.

The transmitters are lightweight and compact enough to clip to shirts and clothing and have gain and mute controls, enabling you to have complete control over your recording at any time.

A furry windscreen is provided to shield the integral mic from wind noise during outdoor shootings.

Four Microphones into One Blink 500 Pro TXS Clip-On Receiver

The clip-on receiver has a belt clip, which is also a shoe mount adapter for your camera.

Without a smartphone holder, the receiver can also be clipped onto your smartphone via the belt clip.

It has a bright OLED display with real-time metering

The output mode can be mono or stereo. In mono mode, the audio of a transmitter or all transmitters is combined to both the left and right. In stereo mode, two transmitters combined independently to the left and two to the right.

The receiver includes a 3.5mm headphone output for real-time monitoring and two 3.5mm audio output jacks that can output up to four discrete signals simultaneously.
