With its closed-back on-ear design, the HMD 26 provides excellent noise isolation without sacrificing clarity. It incorporates ActiveGard hearing protection technology, offering three switchable attenuation settings (Off / 95 dB / 110 dB), which help prevent sudden sound spikes from causing hearing fatigue or damage, even during high-decibel broadcasts.
The headset is equipped with a hypercardioid dynamic boom microphone, engineered to deliver broadcast-ready voice clarity up to 18 kHz. Its shockmounted capsule reduces structure-borne noise, ensuring your voice stays clear and isolated from headset movement or handling. The boom arm is flexible and can be positioned on either side to match your preferred workflow.
Long hours on set or in the field demand a headset that is both durable and comfortable. The HMD 26 features a lightweight frame, along with extrasoft ear cushions and padded headband support for extended wear. The swiveling earcup also allows for single-ear monitoring, offering greater flexibility during interviews or live broadcasts.
