Libec QD-30 Tripod System Overview

The Libec QD-30 Tripod System includes the pedestal-suitable QH3 4-bolt flat base fluid head and the T150B 2-stage aluminum tripod. The tripod system comes equipped with the SP-15B Ground Spreader, which individually adjustable arms have. The QH3 head is mounted onto the tripod with an included 150mm half-ball adapter and holds up to 152 lb. It has a side-mount camera plate system and comes with two telescoping pan bars. For attaching accessories, the T150B tripod offers a total of six 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads around the bowl base.

Libec QH3 Fluid Head

The Libec QH3 Fluid Head is a pedestal-capable heavy-duty head that supports up to 152 lb. It features a 4-bolt flat base. It includes a 150mm half ball adapter, secured with four screws provided. It has a side-mount camera plate system, with a sliding plate featuring dual 3/8\"-16 threaded mounting screws.

The fluid head is well suited for supporting small- and medium-sized box lens setups, and it comes with two 2-piece telescoping pan bars that allow for easier integration of optional zoom controllers. Other features include continuous counterbalance, 7-step drag, independent pan and tilt locks, and an illuminated bubble level.

Libec T150B Heavy-Duty 2-Stage Aluminum Tripod Legs with 150mm Bowl

The Libec T150B is the heavy-duty aluminium tripod legs set with a 150mm bowl. It holds a maximum of 220.5 lb and has a height range of 23 to 64" in two legs stages. Every leg has a twist leg lock knob in every stage. The legs have spiked feet and have a plastic cover over them. If you add an optional ground spreader, the legs can be fitted into the spreader with these plastic covers on. Some suitable ground spreaders are the SP-15B ground spreader and BR-6B mid-level spreader. Optional rubber food pads are also compatible, like the FP-6B pads.

Several 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 accessory mount threads are available on two sides of the tripod, near the top at the bowl base. A weight hook is also available on one of the legs. The T150B is constructed in Japan. Compatible tripod heads are the Libec QH1 and QH3.

Libec SP-15B Ground Spreader for T150B & T150C Tripods

The Libec SP-15B Ground Spreader is compatible with the Libec T150B and T150C tripods. The arms are individually length-adjustable when you loosen dedicated knobs, and a pull ring is provided in the center for collapsing the spreader.
